Truck and hand-off manifest

Truck and hand-off manifest
So that we can identify your shipment and acknowledge its receipt, it is important that you fill out a truck and hand-off manifest for all shipments being transported. The truck and hand-off manifest should indicate the freight forwarder from which the goods originated, the shipment’s (M)AWB number, the number of colli, the weight, and any remarks (e.g., split delivery).

The hand-off manifest
Two new hand-off manifests

According to the regulations in the Danish Transport Authority’s National Security Plan, it is important for us to separate goods requiring screening from those that do not. Consequently, we use two types of hand-off manifest at CHBA.

1. Hand-off manifest for goods NOT requiring screening
To be filled out for goods that fulfil all security requirements (KC/SPX) and do NOT require screening.

2. Hand-off manifest for goods requiring screening

To be filled out for goods that do not fulfil all security requirements and require security screening.

NOTE: If goods requiring screening are mixed with goods not requiring screening, all goods arriving on the vehicle must pass through security screening. For this reason, it is important to distinguish the two types of goods.

Security regulations for delivering goods to airports

According to the regulations in the Danish Transport Authority’s National Security Plan, the driver must present a security authorisation and identification. As a result, companies in Denmark have developed a standardised truckmanifest. We recommend that you use this manifest for your shipments. Alternative truckmanifests must contain equivalent information.

If you have any doubts, contact your handling company.

The new truckmanifests are available under Forms, find link below.

When delivering your goods, check in at the terminal dispatcher’s Cargo Check-In/Out station during business hours, which you can find below.
